The "Momtalakatna Ghalia" Campaign is one of the first nationwide public education programmed mounted by Tawasel Mojtamae Unit in Female Center For Scientific and Medical Colleges and  launched by The Dean Of KSU  at the end of 2nd semester 1432 .

This campaign aimed to make Riyadh the cleanest and greenest city in the region by addressing the problem of inconsiderate littering and damaging public properties. The campaign hopes to reach out to every member of society, from students, faculty members, employers, employees', housewives to children. It sought to instill in the society the importance of keeping public places clean and tidy and more importantly not to damage these public properties.

Everybody can see the point of a neat home, clean kitchen, clean food and healthy children. But responsibility stops too often at the home doorstep.

This campaign marks the raising of our social targets. Not only our young in schools, but also our adults must learn new habits.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been so intensively developed that there is a big need to keep and maintain public properties and increase public awareness of their responsibilities.

We believe that creating a public awareness of everyone’s duty not only improved environmental conditions and enhance the quality of life for everyone, it also cultivate national pride.

During the period of the campaign, posters in two languages, as well as banners, will be  displayed in public places such as school, colleges ,shops, restaurants, offices, factories, airports, community centres, and public notice boards. Mini posters, leaflets, pamphlets, and car-bumper stickers will be also distributed. They will bore stamps with the campaign slogan.

In addition, various public education and awareness activities will be also organised. These included talks and lectures by health officials, inspections, exhibitions and estate cleaning exercises by group leaders. Competitions for the cleanest classroom , college, school, offices, shops, restaurants, markets, , government buildings, and public vehicles will also conducted.
